A new property development in Liverpool offers buyers the chance to own a new home for under £75,000, developer Miller Homes has announced.

The Connaught Green site, which is located in the Anfield and Breckfield regeneration area, has a number of bedrooms, apartments and bungalows available, with buyers having a choice of 16 property designs.

Those thinking of purchasing a property at the development may also be able to take advantage of Miller Homes' MiWay scheme, which offers the opportunity for buyers to pay only 75 per cent of the property's cost up front.

Sales manager for Miller Homes Helen Toher-Horne also noted that the firm's part-exchange offer may be of use to buyers.

"Over 40 per cent of home buyers now prefer this option to facilitate a quick transaction and time a smooth move," she explained, adding that it is "perfect" for those who want to move without the worries associated with selling their current home.

Elsewhere in the country, first-time buyers looking for a home in Coventry may be tempted by properties from George Wimpey, which are available from £89,995.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18923422-ADNFCR
