First-time buyers have been urged to act quickly if they want to purchase a new property at a development near Chorley, Lancashire.

According to developer Redrow Homes there are just three homes available at its Debut @ Buckshaw Village site, all of which follow the house builder's 'D3' design and include one bedroom along with an open plan living and kitchen space.

Buyers looking to purchase such a property may also be able to take advantage of a Redrow offer whereby they own 100 per cent of their home but only have to pay 75 per cent of the purchase price, with the remaining amount being deferred interest-free for up to ten years.

"The low prices and deferred payment scheme mean young buyers on typical salaries can afford a slice of the action and make their first step on to the ever important property ladder," Redrow's Lesley Myers explained.

Redrow recently revealed that its new show home at a development in Barton upon Humber has been decorated with a "minimalist" colour palette and "fashionable" furniture.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18928960-ADNFCR
