Property buyers looking to invest in a home in Turkey could be set to benefit when the country's Dogus Marina is completed in April of next year, it has been claimed.
According to Fly 2 Let, the $50 million (£33.8 million) D-Marin Didim complex, located on the west coast of the country, is already boosting tourism levels to the country, despite the fact that it is not yet finished.
Upon completion, the marina will be the largest of its kind in the Turkey and manager of the complex Murat Yaprak expects it will attract a number of luxury yachts.
"D-Marin Didim will generally host mega-yachts, between 75 and 100 metres in length. It will have a capacity for 650 yachts at the pier and a further 450 yacht space in the sea," he told the news source.
A number of other facilities, including restaurants, swimming pools and shopping centres will be located at the marina.
Property portal Shelter Offshore recently claimed that the appeal of the Turkey property market is broadening, with buyers from the Middle East beginning to express an interest in the country.
