Those hoping to move to a new home in Chorley can benefit from a part-exchange scheme, it has been announced.
Miller Homes is offering a five-bedroom property at its Birkacre Park development for just under £300,000.
And homeowners can take advantage of the scheme in order to avoid the stress and hassle of selling their existing property, the company notes.
The home, dubbed Chantrey, comprises of three floors and has the Duxbury Park Golf Club on one side, with the Yarrow Valley Country Park on the other.
Among its more unusual features are a dual staircase and its large kitchen includes a breakfast area with French doors.
Miller Homes recently revealed that its Hopwood development in Stretton, Staffordshire included changing rooms for local sports facilities.
The firm shared the cost of building them with the local borough council after it was feared that the existing changing facilities would disrupt residents.
