Property buyers looking for an apartment in the south-east may wish to consider a new development near Norwich, where homebuilder Barratt Homes has a few properties remaining.
The developer's Ringland Park site, which is located in Queen's Hills, Costessey, features a number of two-bedroom apartments, each with two bathrooms and an allocated parking space.
Norwich city centre can be accessed with a regular bus service, while the city's train station provides links to London Liverpool Street in approximately two hours and Ipswich in 40 minutes.
Prices at the site begin at £137,995 and buyers may also be able to take advantage of Barratt's Dream Start scheme, which allows purchases to own 100 per cent of a property while only paying 75 per cent, with the remaining quarter being repaid interest-free over the next ten years.
Barratt has another offer in place at its property developments in Derbyshire, giving buyers the incentive of paid-for council tax, water, gas and electricity bills until the summer of next year if they move into one of the builder's new homes.
