Homes at a new property development in Scotland are now available for purchase, developer George Wimpey has announced.

The housebuilder's The Grange site - which is located in Summerston in the north-west of Glasgow - features 70 four-bedroom detached properties.

Prices start at £245,000 with five house styles currently on offer, many of which include en-suite bathrooms, fully-fitted kitchens and separate dining rooms.

Sales and marketing director for George Wimpey West Scotland Michelle Logie said that the area has become a "popular choice" for families.

"This development offers the best of all worlds, making it popular with a wide range of customers looking to make a move," she explained, adding that buyers who purchase a home before the end of the month will have the Home Report for their existing property paid for by George Wimpey.

Elsewhere in Scotland, homebuilder Gladedale has announced that properties at its Strada development in Edinburgh can be purchased from £138,750 through the use of a shared equity scheme.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18966070-ADNFCR
