Property buyers looking for a new home in the south-east will need to act quickly if they are to secure a house at a development in Seal, where three remaining barn conversions are on the market.

Prices for a home at the site range from £349,995 to £399,995 and those who choose to move in will be able to visit Sevenoaks in five minutes by car, which is linked to London by a 35-minute train journey.
Those looking elsewhere in the south-east may wish to consider Countryside Properties' Waterstone Park development in Kent, where prices begin at £275,000.
