Property buyers looking for a new home in the south-east will need to act quickly if they are to secure a house at a development in Seal, where three remaining barn conversions are on the market.
Each of the three-bedroom homes, which can be found in the Childsbridge Farm site near Sevenoaks, include a number of "traditional" features, developer Bryant Homes has stated.
These include sloping ceilings, dormer windows and exterior wood panelling, while modern facilities such as a fully-fitted kitchen are also on offer.
The Addington, which is one of the properties currently available, features a study and cloakroom on the ground floor, while the first floor features three double bedrooms and a main bathroom.
Prices for a home at the site range from £349,995 to £399,995 and those who choose to move in will be able to visit Sevenoaks in five minutes by car, which is linked to London by a 35-minute train journey.
Those looking elsewhere in the south-east may wish to consider Countryside Properties' Waterstone Park development in Kent, where prices begin at £275,000.
