Properties at a development in the north-west are available to purchase with "excellent incentives", housebuilder Redrow has stated.
According to the developer, those who purchase a home at its Arcon Village site in Horwich will be able to take advantage of a number of offers, including help with paying deposits, stamp duty and moving costs.
Sales director for Redrow Christine Aitken urged buyers to take advantage of what is a "time of opportunity".
"With some excellent incentives and unbelievably low prices available on new-build [homes] - including properties below the new stamp duty threshold - it's definitely a buyer's market," she remarked
Prices at the site - which has been converted from a former 18th century bleach works and consists of 140 apartments, townhouses and cottages - begin at £185,000.
Redrow has similar offers in place elsewhere in the north-west, including at its Stamford Brook development in Altrincham, where prices for two-bedroom apartments begin at £124,950.
