Kent-based property buyers looking to purchase a luxury new home now have the option of a site located near Sevenoaks.
George Wimpey's Orchard Place development, which can be found in the village of Otford, features a range of two, four and five-bedroom properties in a rural location.
Included in the offerings is the two-bedroom Chiddingstone house, which features a "spacious" living and dining room, fully-fitted kitchen and a guest cloakroom.
Those who want a larger home may be interested in the Leigh, a property which includes a top floor master bedroom suite, as well as four further bedrooms including one with en-suite bathroom facilities.
Prices at the site, which is located four miles from Sevenoaks and a 40-minute rail journey from London Victoria, begin at £299,995 for a two-bedroom home, while the prices for the five-bed Leigh start at £699,995.
Elsewhere in Kent, Countryside Properties recently announced that "steady demand" for its homes at Waterstone Park in Greenhithe has prompted the developer to put two showhomes on the market.
