Linden Homes has announced it is to hold a special preview of its latest Bristol property development later this month.
The invitation-only event is to take place on January 25th and 26th at the homebuilder's Essence site in the city.
Buyers who attend will be able to look at the development's showhome and choose from the one, two and three-bedroom apartments before they are available to the public.
Managing director for Linden Homes Western Nigel Palmer urged potential buyers to contact the developer in order reserve their place at the event.
"We have already experienced a lot of interest from buyers with 25 homes already reserved," he remarked, adding that the site offers a "contemporary take" on surrounding architecture.
Prices at Essence - which is located close to Bristol city centre - begin at £149,995.
Linden Homes also has another development in Bristol.
Its Vibe site on Old Market Street offers a range of apartments, with prices starting at £139,995.
