The prices of two remaining homes at a property development in Stourport-upon-Severn have been reduced, housebuilder Barratt Homes has announced.

Windermere House, the first block of Barratt's Water's Edge site, includes a range of apartments, with a pair of two-bedroom examples currently left on the market.

And the firm has reduced prices by £23,800, meaning the properties are now available from £137,950.

Each of the homes includes an open-plan living and kitchen area, along with a balcony and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom facilities.

Buyers who purchase one of the properties will be able to take advantage of the location's "excellent" amenities, with restaurants, independent shops and riverside pubs located close by.

Sales director for Barratt West Midlands Graydon Worthing said that the development has been a successful one for the developer.

"The waterside location many of these properties offer [is] a big pull for prospective buyers," he explained.

Barratt recently announced the opening of showhomes at its Churchill Park site in Stoke on Trent, where prices start at £111,500.ADNFCR-1100-ID-18971966-ADNFCR
