George Wimpey is giving buyers in Basingstoke the opportunity to move into a new home without paying a deposit.
Purchasers at its Marnel Park development will be able to secure a home for a reservation fee of £99 and George Wimpey is also offering to pay the initial five per cent of the purchase price, in order to help buyers hoping to get onto the property ladder.
Prices at the site start at £147,995 for an apartment featuring central heating and a fully-fitted kitchen and sales manager for the housebuilder Tim Betts stated that the incentives will help to remove the "daunting costs" associated with buying a home.
"Many young people want to live in this popular area - and within easy reach of London - but 100 per cent mortgages have become a thing of the past," he remarked, adding that the offers will help potential buyers who were previously unable to afford a property.
Elsewhere in the UK, George Wimpey recently announced the opening of its Kelvindale Glade development in Scotland, which is located an easy travelling distance from Glasgow.
