Berkeley Homes in Kent is helping people looking to move house take the stress out of the occasion, thanks to its Express Move scheme.

It is now in place at Holborough Lakes, which contains a number of new houses and apartments close to West Mailing.

Among the features of the scheme are help with selling an existing property and the removal of furniture and other possessions.

Piers Clanford, managing director of Berkeley Homes in Kent, says the company will help with "meeting the cost removal packages, as well as paying legal fees, estate agents fees and the stamp duty".

Through the Express Move initiative, Berkeley Homes will help with the sale of an existing property by liaising with local estate agents and looking after the necessary paperwork.

According to the latest figures, the average price of a property in Kent at the moment stands at £219,139, with detached homes valued at around £378,955.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19034300-ADNFCR
