Redrow homes in Stourscombe Vale, Launceston, have been built under a new specification, giving would-be homebuyers a choice of new designs and layouts in their dream home.

Among the changes are more "family-friendly layouts", the developer states, with contemporary kitchen and bathroom suites coming as standard.

"Our new kitchens feature state-of-the art integrated appliances and modern floor to ceiling banks of units, which are inspired by the latest Italian designs," says Hannah Newnes, area sales manager for Redrow Homes.

She adds that the styles are "right on trend" and are likely to make a real difference to the lifestyles of people who buy them.

By employing a team of specialist interior designers, the developers hope the new properties will meet the standards of discerning property hunters.

Redrow Homes has also had success with its Buckshaw Village development in Chorley, with customers given the expertise of a "hand-picked team of experts" when they choose to move.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19034328-ADNFCR
