Buyers are snapping up Bryant Homes in Gravesend, with six homes bought at the Lennox Road development over the last three weeks.

The builders believe the competitively-priced properties are proving to be a firm favourite due to their affordability and modern fittings.

Just one example is the Leyton townhouse, which may be a perfect place to move all the family, including everything from walk-in wardrobes to spacious bedrooms.

It also comes with double glazing and central heating as standard, so families moving to the area will benefit from all the mod cons.

The development's excellent location is likewise finding favour with would-be buyers, especially as there are two shopping centres nearby, along with a variety of shops and restaurants.

They have since reduced their commuting time and now have a much improved quality of life, the couple said.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19037280-ADNFCR
