George Wimpey Homes has announced its part-exchange scheme, which will help homeowners find their dream home, it is claimed.
Its Lodden Court development in Shinfield, Berkshire, is the perfect place to get involved, with the four-bedroom detached property on the market for £375,000.
"All customers have to do is reserve their brand new home and we will purchase their current property from them," comments Tim Betts, regional sales and marketing director for George Wimpey.
He adds that the process will be "quick and easy" by cutting out things such as estate agents' fees.
The property has a family feel about it, with a spacious dining room, open-plan fitted kitchen and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
It was announced earlier this week that Solus, another George Wimpey development in Colchester, was ready for reservations.
The two-bedroom homes are said to benefit from a well-proportioned living room, rear garden and storage closet, among many other features.
