George Wimpey homes are faring well at the moment, with seven new homes bought in just two weeks at its development in Shinfield.
There are now four homes remaining, each offering a layout and lifestyle suited to a range of needs and tastes.
"While there has been a slowdown in the national property market, the popularity of our homes at Loddon Court has remained strong and these final four homes are expected to sell very quickly," comments Tim Betts, sales and marketing director for George Wimpey.
He adds that the variety of money-saving incentives offered to customers will make buying a property easier than ever before, with George Wimpey hoping to eradicate any unnecessary costs.
Shinfield offers great facilities and an excellent location, with new homeowners able to benefit from a village school, sports clubs and shopping opportunities, the developer adds.
The National Landlords Association has published figures showing its advice line has received over 30,000 individual telephone calls in the past 12 months.
