Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough is located in the north-east of England and is in close proximity of cities such as Durham, Darlington and Newcastle. It has several fantastic offers on at the moment, with house-hunters urged to move fast to avoid disappointment.

Reduced moving costs

There are a few developments where Smart New Homes is offering reduced moving costs, meaning buyers can benefit from a number of deals. Buyers can have their mortgage paid for a year and may even be able to move into their ideal home for as little as £99. What's more, there is a six per cent guaranteed rental yield for four years on some of the properties, making now the ideal time to buy.

This fantastic offer is available at Roseberry Court, a Bryant Home development, which has a range of three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached properties. It has easy access to the town, meaning facilities and amenities are never far away. Mandale 1 in nearby Thornaby is another option, with Barratt Homes providing three and four-bedroom houses for those interested in the offers.

Home Buy Direct scheme

Smart New Homes' Home Buy Direct scheme allows homebuyers to have their dream property with just a 70 per cent mortgage and no deposit. It is helped out by the government, which provides funding to help first-time buyers on to the property ladder through shared equity schemes. Purchasers will own 100 per cent of the property, despite only paying for 70 per cent of it. Terms and conditions apply for this offer, which is available to first-time buyers who earn less than £60,000 per month.

Developments in Middlesbrough running the scheme include Trinity Gardens in North Ormesby, which has a variety of two and three-bedroom properties on offer. With 146 homes on the horizon, there will be plenty for buyers to take their pick from. The same can be said for Mandale Park in Thornaby, which is the second phase of one of Keepmoat Homes largest sites. Kingsmoor, a Miller Homes development on Gladstone Street, is likewise running the Home Buy Direct scheme, offering potential residents apartments, detached, semi-detached and townhouses.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19069040-ADNFCR
