Prospective homebuyers are being offered a new property deal in Derby by Redrow Homes.

The housebuilder's Meadow Brook development in Hilton near Derby offers a range of contemporary two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom houses.

Meadow Brook is also one of the 33 Redrow developments that fall under the government-backed HomeBuy Direct scheme, which offers buyers loan of up to 30 per cent of the property's value.

Catherine Cloke, area sales manager at Redrow Homes, said: "The quality, layout and location of these final apartments makes them suitable for a broad range of buyers.

"Meadow Brook is a popular development with a lot to offer."

Property prices start at £94,995 for two-bedroom apartments and £144,950 for three-bedroom houses.
