The Hazelmere development in Auckley is doing particularly well for sales at the moment, its developer has revealed.
Persimmon Homes says it is the perfect choice for families as it is in the catchment area of a number of top schools.
"Given we only have two properties for sale, the wide range of competitively-priced, stylish homes have obviously proven hard to resist," states Karen Harrowell, sales director for Persimmon Homes Yorkshire.
She adds that moving to an area with decent schools within easy reach is often a priority for parents, which could explain the popularity of Hazelmere.
The development is located on Gate House Lane, meaning it is close to Doncaster Sheffield Robin Hood Airport and the A1 and M18, making it an ideal place for commuters.
