Homebuilder Bryant Homes is inviting those looking to get on the property ladder to its development in Watton, Norfolk.

Through the Homebuy Direct initiative, people can move into their ideal home on the Belnheim Grange development for less.

Nicola Bullivant, sales manager for Bryant Homes East Anglia, says a recent event of a similar nature "resulted in four people purchasing homes who were keen to own their own place instead of paying rent or living with parents."

Among the properties available is the two-bedroom Douglas house, which comes complete with a large reception room and contemporary kitchen.

It also has a spacious master bedroom and well-sized bathroom, which could prove ideal for those in search of their first home.

It is available for as little as £52,495 with the Homebuy Direct scheme.

Bryant Homes has a range of stunning new properties available on its Dukes Meadow development in Waterlooville at the moment.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19145867-ADNFCR
