George Wimpey is offering homebuyers in Aintree the chance to exchange their property for a brand new one.

A selection of three-bedroom properties at the Paddocks development are eligible for the offer, which promises to give a stress-free means of moving house.

Anita Williams, field sales manager for George Wimpey, noted: "A new part of the part-exchange scheme is the 'House to Home removal service' where our specialised 'House to Home' team pack and unpack your belongings and even take care of the removal insurance."

She added that the part-exchange programme takes the worry out of finding a buyer for a property and the burden of estate agent fees.

The Paddocks site is said to be ideally located for people who need to commute to Liverpool and Manchester, or even further afield.
