The Grange, a development from Redrow, is inviting people to swap their old property for a brand new one.

Allowing them to move in straight away, the scheme effectively sees the developer acting as a cash buyer, providing the customer meets a range of certain criteria.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes in the Midlands, said: "They will also enjoy all the other benefits that come with owning a new home such as improved energy efficiency and cheaper running costs."

She added that buyers will also not have to be content with the DIY disasters of previous homeowners, making the process quick and easy.

The Grange in Desborough has a variety of three and four-bedroom homes on the market, with prices starting from £139,995.

It was revealed earlier this month that Redrow's Arcon Village won first prize in the best residential conversion category at the LABC North West regional Building Excellence Awards.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19221723-ADNFCR
