Leading housebuilder Gladedale is advising anyone still holding off buying a new home that now is the best time to buy as deals on current stock will only be available for a limited period at the current revised prices.
Richard Jones, Sales Director for Gladedale in North East England, said: “With current Gladedale house prices in some cases as low as £69,995 and with attractive incentives available, homebuyers can now get a lot more for their money.
