People opt for brand new homes when they decide to move for a number of reasons, a survey from Ward Homes has found.
The main reason is that people like their property to feel unused, the poll discovered, closely followed by the excellent locations they often offer.
Furthermore, state-of-the-art fixtures and fittings in both the kitchen and bathroom also go down well with homeowners.
Those who buy new do not have to miss out on excellent deals or promotions, the developer claimed, such as Priory Meadows on the Isle of Sheppey.
Help with stamp duty or part exchange are just some of the reductions on offer, said managing director of Ward Homes Nick Fenton.
"These are what make the difference between people being able to buy or not," he added.
The Isle of Sheppey is well known for its natural beauty, including good beaches, vast fields and sense of tranquillity.
