Crest Nicholson is hoping to help people on to the property ladder by giving them the chance to see what is on offer at its Larks Reach development.
Located in Suffolk, it is the latest phase of the Kings Warren site and is aimed at helping young buyers make their first steps on the property ladder.
"Home ownership used to be an aspiration for most young people, but many might feel that this is an unrealistic goal given the bigger deposits now required to purchase a new home ." commented Annette Cole, sales and marketing director, Crest Nicholson (East).
On June 20th, people can visit the site for themselves to see how they can benefit from the government's Homebuy Direct scheme.
The initiative was recently given more funding in the Budget and aims to get people buying their first property for just 70 per cent of its value.
