When downsizing to a new home, Linda and William Rodgers received an offer they couldn’t refuse from homebuilder Bryant – a nearly 1400 square foot apartment at its canal side development Lock Mill in Blackburn – hardly a downsize at all!
The couple, along with daughter Kerry, moved into the three bedroom Heartside apartment and soon began turning it into a beautifully decorated haven.
Linda says: “We lived in a four bedroom semi-detached home in Feniscowles and decided that it was time for a change and a downsize. We love the area so we didn’t have to look too far to find Lock Mill. The apartment we were shown by the Bryant sales executive was fantastic – we were really impressed with the size and the view of the canal – and then they offered it to us at a price that we couldn’t refuse, so here we are.”
The Rodgers’ apartment, which boasts two en-suite shower rooms and a balcony, was a blank canvas for decorating enthusiast Linda, who has now injected some personal touches into the home.
