Homeowners thinking of moving to the Orchard Farm development in Hill Ridware had better think fast to avoid missing out, the developer has said.
Friel Homes has revealed there are just three of the nine plots remaining, which are being offered to buyers through a part exchange programme.
It is 15 miles from Burton-on-Trent and 30 minutes from Birmingham, meaning residents are able to benefit from all the facilities they need.
The first plot still on the market has four bedrooms, while the second is of the same specification but comes complete with a decent-sized garden.
A one-bedroom apartment is also on the market, which is on the first floor and has feature vaulted ceilings.
Findings from the National Association of Estate Agents show the average estate agent had 69 properties on its books in May, selling a mean of ten properties throughout the same month.
