Homeowners are being invited to consider a unique opportunity for moving into the Colville Wynd development in Carfin.

The MiWay scheme from Miller Homes allows potential homeowners to buy their property rather than rent it.

"Most people rent because they don’t believe they can afford to buy, but with our MiWay scheme ... now is the perfect time for renters to make the move to become homeowners," commented Anne Marie Britton, sales director of Miller Homes in Scotland.

The scheme enables people to pay just 75 per cent of the house price while still owning 110 per cent of it, with Miller Homes effectively providing a loan for the final 25 per cent.

With a total of 48 two-bedroom apartments on offer, homebuyers have plenty of opportunities to snap up the properties.
