A selection of stunning new waterfront homes have just been made available at George Wimpey’s sought-after Waterside Park development in West Drayton, Middlesex.

The four-bedroom townhouse, boasting fantastic views over the Grand Union Canal, offer house-hunters the opportunity to choose their home from three inspirational designs – the ‘Bluebird’, the ‘Kinglet’ or the ‘Wren’ – each ideal for flexible family living.

For example, the ‘Bluebird’ end terrace townhouses are priced from £314,995 and feature a large living/dining room, a kitchen and a cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to two double bedrooms and a family bathroom, while the top floor boasts a sumptuous master bedroom with a superb en-suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom.

Alternatively, the ‘Wren’ features a superb first-floor living room with Juliet balcony to make the most of the waterfront views, and a similarly stylish balcony effect to the top floor master bedroom.

Tim Betts, Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey West London, says: “The waterfront home designs are extremely desirable and wouldn’t look out of place on the Grand Designs TV programme.

“But with only a handful of these stunning new homes available, we’re urging those interested in owning a modern home with a stunning outlook to get in touch before they’re all sold out!”

George Wimpey offers a suite of incentives to get buyers moving and this includes the ‘Deposit Match’ scheme on two-bedroom apartments at Waterside Park.

Through the scheme developer will match purchasers’ deposits up to 10% of the full price – which start from only £194,995.

All new homes at the development benefit from a high standard specification including gas central heating, double glazing and a fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Other homes available include three-bedroom houses priced from £294,995 and two-bedroom Live/Work homes with a handy business unit on the ground floor starting from £269,995.

As an alternative to the Deposit Match offer, househunters can take advantage of George Wimpey’s easymover programme, through which customers with a home to sell can reserve their new home and then sit back and relax while the housebuilder helps to find a buyer for their current property.

Incentives can be tailored to homebuyers’ circumstances and are subject to availability. Further details are available from the Sales Executive.

Enjoying a tranquil riverside and parkland setting and bordered by the Grand Union Canal, Waterside Park is a delightful community development laid out in carefully planned ‘home zones’ to offer peace and safety, away from busy streets, pollution and traffic noise.

Surrounded by natural habitat, it is a place to relax and unwind, while the railway station, just a short stroll away, makes it an excellent choice for commuters heading for Central London, Reading, Slough and Bristol. London Paddington station is just 25 minutes away.

To find out about the range of new homes on sale, visit Waterside Park Sales Information Centre, located off Tavistock Road, West Drayton, and open seven days a week from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
