Budding soccer stars at Roecroft Lower School in Stotfold have netted themselves a set of new goalposts thanks to George Wimpey.
The leading housebuilder presented pupils and staff with the new sports equipment as part of George Wimpey’s commitment to contribute to the local area in which they are working, in this case the new Greenacres development in Stotfold.
Jason Colmer, Sales and Marketing Director for George Wimpey South Midlands, handed over the new goalposts to Susan Saunders and said: "We hope the children have fun using them.
“Everyone at George Wimpey is committed to supporting the local community and we thought it would be nice to help spruce up the existing school facilities a little with the new goalposts.”
