Lock Park, a David Wilson Homes development, is celebrating its successes after all its homes were sold.

Derbyshire house-hunters snapped up the properties, the developer revealed, with buyers looking to take advantage of its desirable village location.

"The success at this development continues to build on our reputation as the East Midlands’ premier housebuilder and we are dedicated to providing exceptional new homes developments that are synonymous with the David Wilson brand," noted Philip Lacey, sales director at David Wilson.

He added that the development is attractive and well-planned, making it a popular choice with those looking to buy in Derbyshire.

However, for those still hoping to move to the county, there are two more developments with properties currently on the market - Castle Heights in Church Gresley and City Point in Derby.

Nationwide recently revealed that house prices continued to rise in June, where an increase of 0.9 per cent was seen on the previous month.ADNFCR-1100-ID-19250192-ADNFCR
