Budding footballers at Thornaby and Ingleby Barwick (TIBs) FC are proudly sporting a new football kit thanks to a link up with Bryant North Yorkshire, who is building a housing development in the area.
The housebuilder, currently building Hillbrook on Broom Hill, donated almost £600 to the team for a new strip for the Under 13s team – a yellow and blue ensemble.
Steve Hollifield, TIBs FC Under 13s manager, commented: “We were really delighted with Bryant’s kind offer of a new football kit and must thank them for their generous donation. We’re lucky that the mum of one of our Under 13s players, James Vaughan, works from Bryant and so she gave them a nudge in our direction.”
Natalie Vaughan, sales executive at Hillbrook and mum to TIBs player James, said: “Bryant are always keen to get involved with the local community and I thought it would be nice if we could speak to James’ football team and see if there was any way we could help them out. The new kit looks great and I hope it brings them some good luck on the pitch!”
Currently available at Hillbrook are a selection of four bedroom detached properties – including the Hurstwood, priced from £194,950, and the Malbury, priced from £224,950. Each comes with an en-suite to the master bedroom, utility room, private rear garden and single garage.
