The Solihull-based company has been awarded an overall score of 94% and this gives them the best customer satisfaction results of any of the 28 regions in the Taylor Wimpey group nationwide. The results are from year-to-date Customer Satisfaction surveys across 14 sites in the region, which are independently carried out by the National House Building Council (NHBC), whose primary purpose is to raise standards and quality levels in the new house-building industry.

Indeed, seven of the Taylor Wimpey West Midlands developments all scored 100% in no less than five different categories – ‘recommend the company to family and friends’; ‘quality of home’; ‘finish of home’, ‘service before moving in’, and ‘home handed over exactly as expected’.

Sales & marketing director Pam Bourne says: “It’s fantastic news and proves that we do strive to consider the end-user from the outset. What’s more, this is against a backdrop of far greater competition and a better educated consumer with an increased awareness of what is available in the new homes sector. Our production director, Stuart Payne, is adamant that every home be treated like it was his own and says a ‘right first time’ approach will ensure that customers stick with us for many years to come – and commend what we do to family and friends.”

The company is currently building in Shirley, Smethwick, Stourbridge, West Bromwich, Wolverhampton, Cannock, Telford, Rugby plus Warwick - and shortly in Oldbury, Coventry and Daventry.
