One house builder in Walsall is celebrating selling the last of its plots.
The four-bedroom Godstone home transaction meant that Cala has no more new homes left at its Reedswood Place development.
Cala claims it has sold all 44 properties from the site in under 21 months.
Steve Rush, area sales and marketing director at Cala Homes in the Midlands, said: "To have sold at Reedswood Place at the rate of two new home sales every month in the present market circumstances is testament to the quality and value which Cala Homes delivers to its purchasers."
He added that the performance at Walsall had exceeded all of the firm's expectations and suggested customers who are still interested in purchasing a new home to give its new Staffordshire development near Wolverhampton - Summer Gardens - a consideration.
Mr Rush describes the 14 homes on offer as residing in an accessible region of Wombourne village, having good links to the city centre yet at the same time being an exclusive rural location to live in.
Cala claims it is committed to producing houses that are sustainable and seeks to push design boundaries.
