House-hunters have just a few days left to secure a brand new home for a 2009 price at Bryant Homes’ popular Sovereign Quarter development in Gillingham, Kent.

Keen buyers have already snapped up all the homes available for this year – but the leading housebuilder has brought forward the opportunity to secure a property for a 2010 move – but at a 2009 price!

According to Halifax, the average home rose in value by more than £2,000 from September to October – and with the steady trend continuing, those purchasing a new home now, off-plan at Sovereign Quarter, can expect to see their investment grow by thousands of pounds before they even move in!

Just a handful of homes are now available to reserve at today’s low prices – including one two-bedroom ‘Farringdon’ house from only £169,995, a choice of three-bedroom homes starting at just £189,995, and the last beautiful, family-sized four-bedroom ‘Elrington’ from £259,995.

Particularly highly sought-after is the delightful three-bedroom ‘Chester’, which is ideal for couples or young families and tremendous value for its £189,995 price tag.

The appealing design makes the best possible use of light and space, with a generously sized reception room opening through French doors to the rear garden.

The ‘Chester’ also benefits from a contemporary fitted kitchen, along with a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway and a handy storage area.

Upstairs, the landing leads to two bedrooms and a separate family bathroom, with the spacious master bedroom boasting en-suite facilities.

All the final homes at Sovereign Quarter include at least one allocated parking space, and are finished to a high standard specification including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with built-in oven, hob and hood.

Offering a tempting combination of relaxed living in a location close to some of the best leisure facilities in Kent, the development lies on the outskirts of the Medway town of Gillingham with its wide range of shops and boutiques, a twice-weekly traditional market, swimming, golf and horse riding, and pubs, theatres, cinemas and music venues.

Gillingham railway station provides regular services to London, and Sovereign Quarter is also within easy reach of the Channel Ports and Eurostar services.
