Customers who reserve a new home at any Taylor Wimpey development in the west of Scotland by 17 January 2010, can pick-up free grocery shopping for a year – up to the value of £5,000. Or they could choose to enjoy one years’ free Council tax plus all their household bills paid for a year – up to the value of £5,000. Alternatively for customers who need help to make their new home feel even more comfortable, there is the option of a free furniture and entertainment package that will entitle them to a luxurious £5,000 to spend in John Lewis. Offers are supplied on legal completion.

With 15 developments across the west of Scotland, including an impressive nine developments in North and South Lanarkshire, Taylor Wimpey offers a broad choice of locations, plus a range of homes and apartments that are designed to appeal to a wide range of customers.

And it’s a great time to consider a move to a new home as Kirsty Cockburn, sales manager for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, adds: “In the current economic climate it is perhaps unsurprising that people all over the country are holding firm to the security and comfort of their own home.

“Whether you’re unhappy in rented accommodation and looking to get a place of your own, moving to accommodate a growing family, downsizing to a smaller property or looking to buy as an investment, we believe that now is a great time to buy, with the right advice and support.

“Property prices are at their most attractive for years, interest rates are at historic lows and we are offering a range of incentives such as our trio of festive offers which are designed to help all types of homebuyers to get on and move up the property ladder.

“Plus if you’ve got a property to sell we can help with that too through our Easymover and part-exchange schemes, which are designed to remove the stress and worry that can be associated with buying a new home.”
