HomeBuy Direct, a joint initiative from the leading housebuilder and the Homes and Communities Agency, lets qualifying buyers secure 100% of selected brand new homes at developments across the region for just 70% of the purchase price.

Under this amazing shared-equity scheme, purchasers need only raise a 5% deposit and Taylor Wimpey will help arrange a mortgage covering 65% of the price tag.

The remaining 30% equity comes in the form of a great-value loan which is interest-free for the first five years and low-interest for up to 20 years thereafter.
