Lovell is making progress on new homes developments in Liverpool and has invited architectural technology students along to take a look.
The house building company is involved in the £38 million 320-home development at Garston under the Bridge in Liverpool, at the same time it is undertaking a £37 million regeneration programme at Rock Ferry's former Fiveways estate.
Some 280 homes are being built at the development in partnership with social housing organisation Riverside.
With construction work well underway, Lovell has invited students from Liverpool John Moores University to the projects as part of their module on house building design and technology.
Mike Turner, Lovell's area manager, said the company think it is useful for the students to learn about the firm's building techniques.
"We wanted to give them an insight into the factors they will need to consider and we're really looking forward to seeing what they come up with," he commented.
Elsewhere, Lovell announced last week that it had been chosen by Sandwell Council to complete a £2.5 million housing development in Smethwick.
