Buyers looking to put down roots in the popular Leicester suburb of Humberstone should register their interest now to be in with a chance of purchasing their preferred plot.

Amanda Benjamin, sales manager for Crest Nicholson, said: “We know from the sales success of Abermarle Park that there’s a demand for spacious executive homes in this sought-after area of Leicester and are encouraging potential purchasers to register their interest in our prestigious new venture, Pine Trees. We’re yet to open a sales office at the site, but have already taken two reservations from customers eager to settle in Humberstone.”

Situated off Pine Tree Avenue, Pine Trees is a gated development comprising a mix of three, four and five bedroom detached homes in pleasant leafy surroundings. The three-bedroom home has already been sold, but a four-bedroom property could be yours for £204,995.

Properties at Pine Trees will be finished to the same exacting standard as those at Abermarle Park.

“As the customers who have already reserved their new homes know, buying ‘off plan’ has its advantages. At this early stage there is still a varied choice of properties available, meaning purchasers have a greater chance of investing in their preferred plot, and because they are still under construction, buyers will have more opportunities to personalise their home than those who wait until the building work is complete,” Amanda commented.

Humberstone offers a good range of shops, restaurants and services.

Pine Trees is also in an ideal position for commuting to Leicester and with a choice of primary and secondary schools nearby, it’s ideal for those who want to put down roots and raise a family.
