A new city-centre apartment building in east Salford is the latest addition to Countryside Properties' New Broughton development.
The 152-apartment nine-storey building known as The Vibe features secure parking, a 24-hour concierge, a foyer and a landscaped garden on the first floor.
Located close to Manchester city centre, the apartments are likely to prove attractive to young professionals and first-time buyers who want to be on the doorstep of one of England's most prosperous cities.
Martin Leggett, sales director, told the Salford Advertiser: "The Vibe brings to Salford some of the glamour and chic that decorates a typical Manhattan skyline.
"Our vision for the area is to provide city centre living with traditional suburban values."
In addition to new residential accommodation, the New Broughton development will include a new primary school, leisure facilities and a parkland area.
