A "stunning" range of new houses near the centre of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire has been unveiled.
Aimed at first-time buyers with families, the Hampton Hargate development by George Wimpey contains 84 properties, with three, four and five bedrooms.
The last option, for example, is aimed at those with large families and offers "sumptuous" accommodation over three storeys, a large kitchen, a spacious lounge, a dining room, a study, a bathroom and a shower room.
Hampton Hargate is on the edge of the Cambridgeshire countryside but is easily accessible by major road and rail networks, while London is 50 minutes away by train.
The first ten homebuyers that move into the new development will receive a top-of-the-range integrated sound system, the homebuilder has said.
Hampton Hargate is part of the largest private development in Europe and over 1,000 homes are already occupied.
