A number of new-build prestigious homes are now available to buy in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

And investors looking to expand their portfolios with exclusive properties may find that Laing Homes' latest development is a good place to start.

The Grange comprises 37 homes, ranging from two-bedroom apartments to four and five-bedroom houses.

Situated in the midst of one of Britain's favourite cultural hotspots, the development is two hours away from London by train or car and one hour away from Birmingham.

A spokesperson for Laing said: "Each property has been individually detailed to reflect the Elizabethan architectural style of the delightful Tudor town and yet the accommodation meets the demands of today's lifestyles."

Commercial buyers are invited to join Laing's Property Investor Club, which gives landlords access to information on property investments, exclusive mortgage deals and exchange bonds.
