Connexions in Fareham, Hampshire - a new build complex that comprises one and two-bedroom apartments - has come on the market with an incentive.
Aimed primarily at first-time buyers, the developers are inviting people to take advantage of the 'no deposit, no problem' offer.
On selected apartments, Barratt is offering to pay the five per cent deposit to enable first-time buyers to make their purchase.
