The commercial and residential regeneration of Bradford is a real boost to the property market, one housebuilder has said.
First-time buyers are now able to get on the property ladder, thanks to a rush of investment from investors and developers, according to Miller Homes.
Furthermore, the three Miller developments in and around the city cater "for all tastes", from apartments for first-time buyer to five-bedroom homes for families.
Carolyn Rushbrook, sales and marketing director, said: "Regeneration and inward investment are both draws for homebuyers.
"Whether moving closer to work or wanting to be part of a brighter future, potential buyers are certainly visiting and purchasing at our three developments in and around the city."
Two bedroom apartments suitable for first-time buyers can be found at the Valley Gardens and Millfields developments, where price start from £94,000.
