Marketed towards stylish couples, young professionals and older people seeking to downsize, developers claim that Urban Space in Warrington offers "exceptional" design that blends in with the surrounding environment.
Created by Miller Homes and designed by PWL Architects, the development is located just off Marsh House Lane, Warrington, and the first homes up for sale will be luxurious two bedroom apartments.
"The designs of the apartments at Urban Space really are exceptional," Carolyn Walsh, Miller Homes, regional sales manager, said: "Each home offers something different and we are sure every buyer will be able to find a design of their dreams."
Ms Walsh claims that the apartments are ideal for young professionals looking to take their first or second step on the property ladder and older buyers seeking an "elegant, but low maintenance, home".
The developer has used similar brick to older houses in the area to create the complex of two bedroom apartments and three and four bedroom homes, with sleek, modern interiors designed for modern lifestyles.
