Young professionals hoping to get on the property ladder in Devon are being given the opportunity to check out a show apartment in Barnstaple.
The Rolle Quay development, which overlooks the River Yeo, is being showcased on August 4th and 5th.
Described as "quirky, fresh and young", the ensuite two-bedroom apartment has been designed for with two young professionals who are willing to share.
