Apartments on sale in "leafy suburb" of Manchester

First-time buyers in the Eccles area of Greater Manchester are being asked to consider a range of new-build properties by Miller Homes.

The new Brookes Park development in Monton, which came on the market in June and is due to be expanded later his year, includes a choice of one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom family homes.

As an incentive, buyers are being invited by the developer to sign up to either a 105 per cent part exchange on selected plots or have five per cent of their deposit paid.

"Eccles has recently benefited from a regeneration programme carried out by Salford City Council and is fast becoming a property hotspot," a spokesperson said.

"The leafy suburb of Monton is now a thriving area and offers local shopping, restaurants and thanks to the M602 and M62, is an ideal location for commuting to Manchester and Liverpool."

Monton, which is one of the more affluent areas of Eccles, is 20 minutes away from both central Manchester and Salford Quays by car.
