New Bingham homes aimed at commuters

A new range of homes are to be built in Bingham, suitable for commuters who work in nearby Nottingham, Derby, Leicester and Lincoln.

Capitalising on the success of its first Bingham development, The Vales, Miller Homes has decided to build another, which has been given the name Dukes Mead.

It will consist of 157 two, three, four and five-bedroomed homes and will be situated close to Mill Hill Road.

"There is a healthy demand for high-quality new homes in this area and we wanted to be able to offer an even broader pallet of properties" said sales director Joy Goodman.

"In addition to the extra choice of house types and of the course the choice of location, the new development will bring new showhomes with more stunning interiors."

The new development is close to the A46 and the A52 and both Nottingham and East Midlands Airport are easily accessible by car.
