Andalucian new-builds on offer from £83,000Andalucian new-builds on offer from £83,000
Overseas property buyers are being urged by a Lancashire-based property agent to check out a new development in Arcos de la Frontera, Spain.
Investors can now pick up a two-bedroom apartment for £83,000 and a three-bedroom town house for £130,000 in the Andalucian town.
International Property Agents, which is responsible for selling the homes, says the Ocaso Naranja development is an "outstanding opportunity" and is ideal for people looking for a traditional Mediterranean lifestyle.
"It has the added advantage of being close to the airport at Jerez and [is] just minutes from the world-class golf course at Valderrama," director Janice Lyons told Manchester newspaper the Salford Advertiser.
"With Spain being part of the eurozone, there are more finance options available for people who to invest in property there."
A recent survey by Alliance & Leicester revealed that more than of half of all British expatriates move to countries like Spain to avoid the high cost of living in the UK.
